YoGay! – Pride Yoga

Yoga the Prideville way! This hour-long gentle yoga class will be an accessible easy flow with options for all body types, shapes and abilities, balancing stretch and strength and finishing with grounded relaxation.
This is a chance to center yourself in PRIDE week, focusing on your present mind and body and noticing yourself as a part of the natural order of the universe. Practicing together as a community gives us a chance to collect our intentions for for our entire Prideville family and breathe them into truth.
Bring a mat and blanket if you have one available, or borrow one on site. Folding chairs are also available for those needing a seated practice.
