We believe that inclusivity is inherent in participation and activity in sport – our vision in developing Winter PrideFest is to bring community together with local businesses and other organizations.

Bend is already recognized as one of the best outdoor towns in the nation. Winter PrideFest promotes and displays an inclusive sporting community and expands the local adventure and outdoor culture of Bend and Central Oregon.

Your participation in Winter PrideFest puts you at the epicenter of this unique and growing event.  It’s a wonderful means for your brand or organization to show leadership through support and local engagement.

The schedule of events for Winter PrideFest 2020 currently includes:

Thursday to Sunday January 30 – February 2nd

• Alpine/Nordic skiing and snowshoeing at Mt. Bachelor

Thursday, January 30

• Open panel discussion “Beyond the traditional bounds of gender and sexuality in outdoor sports” featuring LGBTQ+ athlete leaders and influencers, including Pattie Gonia (aka, Wyn Wiley), Molly Cameron (cyclist),  Sara Weiner (local athlete), Joey Jacinto (local strength coach)

Thursday, January 30

• Welcoming Snocial at The Box Factory (Immersion Brewing).  Meet with old and new friends, interact with our panelists, pick-up your lift tickets and neck tubes

Friday, January 31

• “WIGS…an Ice Breaker” nighttime ice skating at Seventh Mountain Resort.  Grab a wig, put on some skates, and get out on the ice!

Saturday, February 1

• On-mountain music all day provided by a DJ at West Village Lodge
• Drag Tubing at Snowblast Tubing park
• Après Ski celebration at Crater Lake Spirits in downtown Bend
• “Hey Honey” evening dance party in Bend (location TBD)

Sunday, February 2

• Sunday Brunch in Bend (location TBD)
