Keep Your Head Up: A Fundraising Concert for The American Foundation for Suicide Prevention

September is suicide awareness month. This difficult and sensitive topic affects all walks of life, and Bunk+Brew is teaming up with the High Desert Music Collective to encourage our community to keep your heads up!

Come lift your spirits with the healing power of live music, and learn more about mental health resources and how you can help those who struggle.
Musical performances by Billy and the Box Kid, The Rumpeppers, Not Your Ex Lover, Spencer Marilyn, and Mathieu Raney.
Local speakers will share personal stories and information about suicide prevention.
There will be a raffle and silent auction with all proceeds going to the American Foundation for Suicide Prevention.
Two delicious food carts – Wonderland Chicken Co. and Alebrije – and beers on tap from Old Ironwood Taps.
If you’ve lost a loved one to suicide, you are welcome to bring a photo of them for our memorial wall. Supplies will be available to create posters with your loved one’s name or a message.
A suggested donation of $10 at the door is very much appreciated, but please note – no one will be turned away for lack of money.
This event is for all ages and outdoors. Well behaved, leashed dogs are welcome.
