BendFilm is an independent Oregon film festival in the truest sense – rugged, brilliant, daring, adventurous, fun, and engaging. Academy-qualifying and one of the “25 Coolest Festivals in the World,” BendFIlm is located in the wondrous mountain town of Bend, OR and has been showcasing some of the best independent films in the Pacific Northwest and beyond for 18 years. BendFilm is an imaginative and thought-provoking organization who is also the operator of a microcinema, the Tin Pan Theater.

UÝRA – The Rising Forest – Uýra, a trans-Indigenous artist, travels through the Amazon forest on a journey of self-discovery, using performance art and ancestral messages to teach Indigenous youth and confront structural racism and transphobia in Brazil.
